Private Yoga Sessions
The most important relationship that you have is with yourself. How you treat and see yourself is how you treat and see other people. Through the self care offered through yoga, you will transform your mind, body, and life. My personal sessions also give you the tools to live your truest, most authentic life both on and off of your mat.
How does this go?
During your first private yoga session, we will discuss your goals and tailor your sessions based off of your requests. Your private sessions will also integrate massage and organic aromatherapy in order to ensure that you leave every class relaxed and recharged.
My classes draw influences from the following styles:
Vinyasa yoga (flow, movement, and breath)
Yoga sculpt (stretch, strength training with weights, aerobic exercise to increase stamina)
Restorative (calming, relaxing)
Yin (meditative, gentle, releasing)
